Lucinda has advanced teaching certificates that relate directly to yoga practices for healthy aging; including: In-depth study of posture and postural changes during aging, yoga for osteoporosis, reducing anxiety with yoga, yoga for pain management, yoga for hormone regulation. In addition, she has three years of experience teaching classes tailored to strong women and men who want to maintain ease of movement, strength and balance.

A strong Hatha Yoga practice with mindful transitions and pose modifications for all levels. Class will be physically challenging: building strength, improving balance and developing a strong posture.
