yoga therapy for neurological disorders
In the Fall of 2020, I am studying with a specially trained yoga therapist who has dedicated years of practice to helping people with neurological disorders, including Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Dementia and Traumatic Brain Injury.
