Hatha Yoga Summer Sessions
A practice for building strength, openness, balance and mental acuity. In addition, 'take-home' tools are covered in each class to provide a foundation for improving and growing your now personal practice. Thursday night will include restorative poses and meditation for the last 15 minutes.
